Everyone gets the entire product. The only thing that changes is how many people you are holding — and hiring does not move your bill.
Per-seat pricing means the cost of knowing who works for you rises every time you hire someone. That is a strange thing to agree to for a chart.
One company, the chart, the directory and the same import with a dry run. No card, no countdown, and nothing switches off. Past ten people it is £49 a month.
Prices exclude VAT. Pay annually and save 10%. Because it is never per seat, hiring never changes your bill mid-tier.
You are paying us to hold your structure, so on any paid plan the product comes whole. The few things that move up the tiers are the ones that only exist at scale — division-level access, identity sync, and having more than one company to hold.
Nothing, immediately. We will tell you, and you move up at your next renewal. We do not bill you mid-year for hiring, and we do not switch anything off.
Because the shape matters more than the figure, and the shape is the same for everyone: one flat annual fee, one invoice, no charge per person. What we need to know first is how many companies you are holding and how your identity system is set up — loading twenty companies out of Entra is a different job from loading one out of a spreadsheet, and we would rather quote it than average it. Ask and you get a number, not a discovery process.
Starter, Growth and Business are monthly, cancel whenever — pay annually and it is 10% cheaper. Group is an annual licence, because we are holding your structure and running the sync for you. Neither is a lock-in: you can export everything at any point.
A free plan, not a countdown. Up to ten people, one company, for as long as you like, with no card and nothing switching off at the end of a fortnight. And whatever size you are, you can upload your spreadsheet and look at the chart it produces before you sign up for anything — if it does not fit your structure you will know inside ten minutes.
It is the only test that tells you anything. Nothing is visible to your staff until you say so.
